Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Workspace data you add: your company profile, ideal customer profile, target accounts, contacts and notes.
• Public business information we gather about the companies you track (for example public job postings and news).
• Billing data: plan and subscription status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us.
• Technical data: log entries (IP address, request metadata) used for security and reliability.

To provide and secure the Service, score and explain opportunities, send service emails (verification, password reset, billing notices), process payments, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

• Razorpay — payments and subscriptions.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google (Gemini API) — generating written explanations from your workspace's account and signal data.
• Our cloud hosting and database providers — storing and running the Service.

We store your session token and workspace selection in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

We keep workspace data while your account is active. After you ask us to delete your account or workspace, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example billing records).

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, a copy of your workspace data, or withdraw consent, by emailing sales@sitiolabs.in. We respond within 30 days.

For privacy concerns or grievances, contact Sitio Labs at sales@sitiolabs.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, workspaces are isolated from each other, and access is logged. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting your data as required by law.

We will post material changes here with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
