What does "locked" mean on Starter?

You still see every opportunity the radar finds: the company, its score and its stage. Only your top 3 come with the full explanation. Growth unlocks why now, the evidence and who to contact for all of them.

How does the Growth trial work?

Accepted Answer

Growth starts with a 3-day free trial with limited usage credits. Your payment method is authorised at checkout and the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.

Which currency and payment methods do you accept?

Plans are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment partner Razorpay. Applicable GST is added at checkout where required.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The workspace owner can cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, and your data stays: the workspace moves to the free Starter plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable for partially used periods. We refund in full if you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling in time. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
